The Executive Team
Paul Jenkins, Founder and Chief Creative Officer
Paul Jenkins has been creating, writing, and building franchises for over 25 years. He has been at the center of hundreds of world-renowned, recognizable entertainment icons in the graphic novel, film, and video game industries. From his early work with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to his preeminent status as an IP creator, Jenkins has worked on nearly every comic character including Spider-Man, Batman, The Incredible Hulk, and the smash hit, Wolverine: Origin. His contributions as Writer and/or Creative Director in the video game industry include Twisted Metal: Black, Soul Reaver, Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, God of War, The Darkness 1 and 2, and Prototype. Jenkins has 6 Platinum Selling video games, a Number 1 MTV Music Video, an Eisner Award, 5 Wizard Fan Awards, and multiple Bestselling graphic novels. He has served on the advisory board of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), as instructor at Kennesaw State University, and chaired the Georgia Governor’s Advisory Committee to educate the Georgia General Assembly on the evolution of digital and interactive technologies.
Sarah Boyd, Chief Executive Officer
Sarah Boyd is a PhD scientist turned tech entrepreneur. She has scaled multiple companies and boasts a diverse network of collaborators across entertainment, academia, government, non-profits, and the life science and tech industries. With extensive research experience, including qualitative and quantitative data collection, data visualization and reporting, and successful grant writing, she is uniquely qualified to solve complex problems using data-driven methods and communicate results to stakeholders and investors. Sarah is also the 2019 President of the Atlanta-area Evaluation Association, the official local affiliate of the American Evaluation Association.
Emma Loggins, VP Marketing
Emma Loggins has both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Arts and New Media. She has a passion for, and more than 15 years experience in, entertainment marketing – including advertising and media, creative development in print and A/V, promotions, publicity, digital marketing, and exhibitor marketing. Emma develops strategies and executes campaigns to grow loyal fan followings for brands that translate into a tangible ROI. In addition to her marketing experience, Emma has also written for a number of publications including CNN, The Guardian, Autotrader, and more (including her own site, FanBolt.com). She is a passionate speaker, on-camera host, engaging panel moderator, and remains active in the Atlanta film and entertainment industry.
Scott Conley, VP Production
Scott Conley is a producer with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. After 15 years based in LA, new creative opportunities brought him to Atlanta. He has experience in all aspects of production, from development through post, including both long and short form. Conley has worked on major independent feature films, as well as projects for networks such as Disney Channels Worldwide and Reelz Channel. He has led teams large and small, from corporate executives to independent crews, and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
Sean Freeland, Producer
Sean Freeland is a businessman, commercial real-estate investor, producer, writer, and actor. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Sean graduated from Florida State University and opened a restaurant at the age of twenty-seven, which he owned and ran for ten years while continuing to work in the film industry. Sean now focuses on the film and TV industry full time as a Producer and partner with META Studios. He has worked on such television and film projects as Constantine, Walking Dead, Nashville, Smashed, The Game, Ozark, and commercially for such companies as Turner Classic Movies and Chick-Fil-A.
